We build in a variety of carefully hand selected materials including exotic and traditional native hardwoods, durable softwoods, glass and marine grade stainless steel.

Our unique construction techniques allow us to build structurally engineered projects regardless of prevailing ground conditions and gradients.

Because each project is designed to suit our client's particular needs, no two projects are identical, yet remain distinctively 'Balcony' built.

We also undertake commercial projects working with specifiers and architects to deliver a range of services including design consultancy, supply only and full build.

Our corporate clients include breweries, restaurateurs, construction companies and self build consortiums both nationally and overseas.

We also offer a flexible maintenance service both on our own projects and pre-existing structures. This can be as simple as an annual spring clean or as complex as a full restoration - we can accommodate your requirements.

Each enquiry begins with an informal chat to establish the client's brief. This is followed by as design consultation, during which all existing conditions and measurements are accurately noted. Our clients are actively encouraged to participate in the design process.

Accurate scale drawings are then generated with a comprehensive quotation, project timescale and duration estimate.
